SASIKUMAR AND VIKRAM PART WAYS

Kollywood is surprised and shocked about news that actor Vikram and director Sasikumar have parted ways. It was all well a few months back when actor Vikram, impressed with Sasikumar's direction, invited him to direct a his first production venture. The air was full of expectations when the two powerhouses joined hands and shooting was in full swing until recently. The movie has Abhinaya of Nadodigal fame as the heroine and Samudrakani playing
a key role.

With 90% of the shoot complete, it is rumored that Vikram and Sasi, who had great amount of respect for each other, had difference of opinion regarding certain issues. Though the exact reasons are not known, we hear that the issue has been sorted out amicably and Sasikumar has taken over the entire production duties under his banner and Vikram is no longer involved in the movie. After this project, Sasikumar is committed to Samudrakani's next directorial venture "Poraali" where he plays the protagonist.
