Siruthai Music Review

I haven't wrote a music review in ages, so I thought I should write one. So I picked Siruthai since it recently released. :) Siruthai stars Karthi and Tammana in the lead roles with Siva directing it and Vidyasagar is the music director. This movie is a remake of the 2006 Telugu Blockbuster Vikramarkudu. I think this ones going to be short.

Naan Romba Romba- This sounds obviously like the hero(Karthi)'s intro song. It has hilarious lyrics :D Its a  mass song yet has some classy instruments in the middle :) Its sung by Ranjith,he has one energetic voice! :) The song starts out with the jithatha jitha jitha from the movies original Vikramarkudu :D

Chellam Vada Chellam-Its a super cute duet with Udit Narayan and Surumukhi giving voices for the lead pair and Roshan with his little rapping. It has easy lyrics to follow and Udit Narayan actually is understandable :D Surumukhi has a really sweet voice and Udit is just as good :) Its classy, but like the song before it has a mass appeal in the middle :D

Azhaga Poranthuputa-  Sounds like the item number of the movie :D Very "itemy" lyrics. :P  Oh and there are some Telugu lyrics in the beginning :D This ones sung by Malathy,Priyadharshini, and Laxman. I can see some hardcore dance moves in this one :D. Its a mass song, but its not super fast except in some places.

Thalattu-This one is a sleep number :P I say this because its like a sleep lullaby, it sounds soft and peaceful :) It has some nice and sweet lyrics, the song is only 1:44 and sung by Srivardhini :)

Adi Rakkamma Rakku- This one is sung by Ranjith, Suchitra and Roshan. If you were looking for Vidyasagar's signature kuthu beated fear not, because its this one!!!  The singers do a great job, especially Suchitra she seems to always put emotion into what she sings. :) It has funny English lyrics in it too :D

My Picks: Chellam Vada Chellam & Adi Rakkamma Rakku, loved/enjoyed these two :)

Final: Vidyasagar proves himself once again and he doesn't forget his Kuthu song! :D It will appeal to both the mass and class audience, for sure :)
